All patients receiving services at Willapa Harbor Hospital must register through the Admissions desk. The 24 hour Admitting desk is located through the main entrance. For security purposes patient’s requiring services from 8 p.m. thru 7 a.m. must use the Emergency Entrance.
The Admitting staff is unable to give out medical advice or answer billing questions, but will direct you to the appropriate department. Payments can be made at the Patient Accounting department.
It is important to provide the Admissions receptionist with your correct name, address and insurance information to enable them to perform their required duties efficiently and provide other departments with appropriate and accurate information. The admitting receptionist will provide you with information concerning advanced directives, living wills, and privacy notices for our hospital. If you wish to discuss these issues further, the receptionist will direct you to the appropriate personnel.
